6. Marketing & Outreach Consent
Unless a brand or influencer emails us at info@getmyinfluencer.com
stating that they wish to opt out, we reserve the right to use their name, logo, or campaign details in our marketing, outreach, and case studies.
7. Payments & Fees
Brands agree to pay the agreed influencer fees and any applicable platform service charges.
Influencers will receive payments only upon successful completion and approval of deliverables.
All financial transactions are processed securely through trusted gateways.
8. Limitation of Liability
GetMyInfluencer acts only as a connecting platform. We are not responsible for:
The quality or outcome of influencer-created content.
Any disputes, delays, or damages arising between brands and influencers.
